A Comparison

Well, here we are, at the start of Jan 2007 (on the left),
Decided to pose and see what my abs were like in comparison to a photograph I saw on Mens Health that week, anyways, it was fair to say I didn't match up!
So now, almost 12 months later, I thought I'd see if there was much change going on!
Well, I know for a fact that I haven't put on much weight at all and that my body fat percentage remains similar, but after weightlifting for six months I can garauntee you I am stronger. This is a primary goal of mine anyway. If the physique improves, then excellent!
Although it may look like there is a huge difference, I assure you there isn't, the camera angle is slightly different on the second shot and it certainly appears to be better.
Well, my goals are definitely going to be set for next year, I want to be able to see the abs a lot clearer without having to 'get the right camera angle!'. Lighting and shadows create brilliant effects. Well shall see how the training develops after binge drinking and socialising! The only way of seeing those ab muscles is simply by shedding the remaining fat, and if you think I don't have any , you are wrong! (Most of it is probably lodged in my liver from alcohol). However, I shall do a new post with all my current stats onboard.

So the ball is rolling
So i think I'm now getting the idea of this, it certainly is easier than the first Blog I attempted to set up! Right then, lets get some links going!
Where shall I start? Well, since my main interests at the moment lye in health and fitness, why not start there?
I'll let you in on a little secret, my inspiration came from Neil McTeggarts blog (http://wwwneilmctcom.blogspot.com/), it's a simple but very effective layout so I thought I'd steal it! (or the layout idea anyway). Being a regular on the MH (Men's Health) forum, I've followed Neils posted comments and advice, seen his website and followed his blog for a while now and to an extent seen him as an aspiration.
So therefore, if I am doing anything useful or that I feel may be beneficial to others, I may as well display it to anyone who wants to see it.
So we shall just have to see how far this goes for me and anyone who wishes to follow (but not in a weired cult type of faction!)
